Today's producers need to keep their operation functioning in accordance
with requirements established by various regulatory agencies. The process to meet
these requirements can add significant cost to the facility's operation.
SPN works with producers to meet the evolving requirements of regulatory agencies.
SPN staff work closely with the producer to understand the producer's
operation and how long-term production goals for the facility can be achieved under
new regulations.
- SPN’s staff includes NRCS Certified Technical Service Providers who are
capable of providing the producer with the expertise needed to conform to the
requirements of the regulatory and funding agencies. SPN maintains a
network of connections with other Certified TSP’s in the areas of
comprehensive crop and nutrient management.
- SPN’s management staff has been and continues to be actively involved with
various committees and working groups of the NRCS and SD DENR for the
development of design criteria, certification and training criteria and funding
criteria for those producers who do not qualify for the normal funding sources.
SPN's engineers have a farming background and understand that something may look
good on paper but may not always work in the field. SPN will do everything they
can to help keep your operation running efficiently and in accordance with governing
regulations.
