DEVELOPMENT

Construction of 950 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter sewer-main, 20 sanitary sewer service connections, 3 manholes, 1,010 lineal feet of 8-inch water-main, 20 water service connections and 1 new fire hydrant to serve 20 lots in a 100 lot subdivision.

Design and construction of 22.5 acres of Outdoor Training Facility, 20,280 square yards of student and employee asphalt parking for three buildings, 5,000 square yards of gravel parking area, 4,050 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 3,100 lineal feet of 10-inch water-main, 430 lineal feet of 8-inch water-main, 300 lineal feet of 6-inch water-main, 1,300 lineal feet of access driveway.

Construction of 1,500 lineal feet of 8-inch water-main, 850 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer with related appurtenances.

Civil Site Design of the Wis-Pak Beverages Regional Distribution Center consisting of a 1,200 square yard employee parking area, 9,520 square yards of truck parking, loading and access areas, 6,200 cubic yards of embankment and 14,400 cubic yards of excavation for site preparation for parking and building.
